Wow what an experience!!…..enroute back to Huddersfield. It has been fantastic to see the young women networking with new people, engaging in debate and asking important questions. Their best lab session was ‘How to make a difference in your community’, lots of ideas and enthusiasm. Opportunities can reveal so much…….. this is only the beginning.…

As it is anti-bullying week we felt it was important for Conscious Kidz to explore the issue. In small groups they had the task of devising a 5 minute play which raises the awareness of different forms of bullying & it’s impact on young people.  They all were fantastic at getting some really important messages…

Conscious Girls are enroute to the big city ‘London’. Tomorrow they will attend the Common Futures Forum at the Olympic park in Stratford. They will be joined by hundreds of other young people from across the country and take part in discussions and workshops on climate change, crime & social justice, social media, democracy, leadership…
